AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1977 EDITION AND SUPPLEMENT
NO. 1 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL
PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION AS THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
TUKWILA; REPEALING ORDINANCE 998.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Standard Specifications for Municipal
Public Works Construction and Supplement No. 1 prepared by the Washington
State Chapter of American Public Works Association, published in 1977, is
hereby adopted as the Code of the City of Tukwila, Washington, for regulating
the construction and maintenance of public works, including streets, sanitary
sewers, storm sewers, water distribution, structures and other public works.
Section 2. That not less than three (3) copies of said Standard
Specifications have been and shall hereafter remain on file for use in
examination by the public in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Tukwila, Washington.
Section 3. That any ordinance or ordinances of the City of
Tukwila in conflict with any of the provisions of said Standard Specifications
are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Ordinance No. 998 is hereby repealed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
