REPEALED BY 1109
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA AMENDING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 1035 AND 1053 BY EXTENDING THE TERMINATION DATE.
and;
CITY OF TUKWI
WHEREAS, Ordinance #1035 was adopted on September 19, 1978, and;
WHEREAS, Section 4 of Ordinance #1035 was amended by Ordinance #1053,
WHEREAS, Section 6 of Ordinance #1035 states that the ordinance and
policies of ordinance #1035 shall stay in effect until the second regular meeting
in January, 1979, and;
WHEREAS, The purpose of Ordinance #1035 and #1053 was to prevent land
use actions inconsistent with the adopted comprehensive plan prior to the adop-
tion of an updated zoning ordinance, and;
aHEREAS, It is not reasonable to expect that an updated zoning ordinance
will be adopted by the City Council's second regular meeting in January, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASI-IIJGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASI:INGTOJ, at a
regular meeting thereof this /A day of ec_ern 1)e t!' 1978.
"Section 6. Termination Date. This ordinance and the policy herein
adopted shall remain in effect until the second regular City Council
meeting in April, 1979.
