AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1978 BUDGET AS ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 1045 IN ORDER TO APPROPRIATE UNANTICIPPTED
REVENUE INTO THE CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION FUND.
WHEREAS, there are unanticipated revenues applicable to the
the City Hall Construction Fund, and;
WHEREAS, such amounts can be utilized for City Hall construction
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 1978 annual budget of the City of Tukwila, as
adopted by ordinance number 1045, is hereby amended to include the following:
