ORDINANCE NO. /D��
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO COVER UN-
ANTICIPATED EXPENSES AND AMENDING THE 1978 BUDGET
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1045.
WHEREAS, the extra legal expenses of the City have exceeded the amount
appropriated in the 1978 Budget, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the use of a consultant for
a Data Processing Needs Study.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,WASHINGTON,
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The 1978 Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 1045, is hereby amended as
