primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received. The tow truck from a previous MVA spilled
oil or gasoline which we cleaned up with rice -hull ash.

liquid spill. We amved on scene at 1717 hours and cleared at 1727 hours. The incident
occurred at On interurban Av S at S 133 St, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is
ST53. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No
