Responded to a reported gas leak in the building/ persons getting sick.

called. The Manager Mr.Kevm Kidd called the gas Co. NOT us. It was reported to us
from some of the employees that He would not let them call 911. This he denied. He told
me that the Gas company told him that he did not need to call. I found that hard to
believe. A-54 examined one employee, we were told that all the others that were feeling
ill had gone to lunch.
The cause of the problem was a broken pipe going to the South East heater in the ware
house. We checked for latent gas in the warehouse and found a slight odor. The PSE
employee Mr. Steve Thomas informed me that he had already checked the explosive
ranges and no problem was present.
I informed the store manager that he should call us any time this happens due to the
problems that could occur.
