The spill was spread over a large area of the SB V5 off ramp to Interurban AVS NB on interurban for 1 block and into the Jack In The Box parking lot where the vehicle stopped and E-52 plugged the leak. E-53 crew Spred the ash on the off ramp and intenuban to the traffic light. WashDOT spread sand on the spill also to afford traction to vehicles driving on the spill.
