occurred at 16400 Soulhcenter Pk, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51. The
general description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene
by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.

Tukwila Police requested assistance with small (< 1 quart oil spill) from motor vehicle
collision. Applied rice hull ash. Returned in service.
