with PD on location at the Moonrise Inn, Room # 107. 14440 Pacific, Highway South.
Initial dispatch information was an odor and unknown vapor from this unit.
_Upon our arrival we were met by PD offirere advielnn they had remnved a person
from unit 107 and during the arrest noticed a strong smell of a solvent type odor
and could see some type of vapor/smoke from the area of the bathroom. They also reported
that there was a delay of possibly 15 minutes after knocking on the door of 107
that the individual finally opened the door. During this time frame, it was noted
the officers could hear running water and sounds of a toilet flushing.
