Tukwila PD were on location with an old meth lab that was dismanteled 12 days ago by WSP lab team. Today, the decontamination company was on site and while preparing the room for cleaning, found a container of what appeared to be black tar heroin. We concluded that I could overpack the container in an appropriate drum, and PD could then take it as evidence. I packed it in our smallest drum, approx. 4 gallon size.
