business to be evacuated of employees. Found the gas meters and shut down the main gas
supply to all the meters. Roll up doors were already open for the business and a natural
cross wind was assisting to ventilate the area. PSE was enroute. Checked the break and
found that an overhead heater had been hit by a forklift and broken the gas supply line at
the heater. Used the forklift to get up to the heater and shut off the gas supply line at a
valve at the heater. PSE arrived and advised them of what had transpired.
Mark Bazala, with Nordstroms, was advised that he would need to contact a mechanical
contractor to have the gas line repaired. PSE was going to restore the other meters to the
building and lockout the affected meter until repairs have been made.

E-52, A-54, L-54 were all code greened as soon as the main gas supply had been turned
off to the building.
E-51 returned after PSE had arrived and a tie in made with them.
