umt was assigned to this dent. THREE personnel responded. We arnved on scene at
2032 hours and cleared at 2038 hours. The incident occurred at 18000 W Valley Hy,
Tukwila in District 005. The general description of this property is highway or divided
highway. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. No other special hoz mat actions were taken. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received.
