E51 on location at 17027 W Valley Hy, with a 35 gallon oil spill. NC Machinery
employees on location applying absorbant. E51, A54 crews assisted in application,
providing 10 additional bags of RICE HULL ASH and brooms to apply/spread absorbant.
Driver of NC Machinery truck had just turned out of parking lot - his load shifted, spilling
SEVEN five gallon oil buckets onto the pavement.
When all standing pools of oil had been absorbed and a thorough coating of RH Ash had
been appied to pavement (to pick-up residual and provide vehicle traction) - TFD units
left sceneiy��ef3arpf T it:j Officer G. Victor) for further mitigation.

E51 on location at 17027 W Valley Hy, with a 35 gallon oil spill. NC Machinery
employees on location applying absorbant. E51, A54 crews assisted in application,
providing 10 additional bags of RICE HULL ASH and brooms to apply/spread absorbant.
