At 1546 hours on Monday July 17, 2000 we were dispatched to a gas leak.Three units
were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1552
hours and cleared at 1559 hours. The incident occurred at 14250 58 Av S, Tukwila in
District 2. The local station is ST52. The general description of this property is 1 or 2
family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002327 has been assigned to this incident.
Five gallon propane tank venting. Tank sitting in direct sun on hot day, no fire. Moved
tank to shady spot.
