Three units were assigned to this incident. Eight personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 0910 hours and cleared at 1000 hours. The incident occurred at 1201444 P1 S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is ST53. The general description of this property is motor vehicle services, repair. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Investigation revealed that Ms Bice had been experiencing propane odor problems for several days. This odor occasionally caused her to have a head ache. When she smelled the odor this a.m. she called to report the "Leak" at the Western Cascade plant. We did not experience any odor, nor did we fmd evidence of a recent release of propane. I discussed the operations of the plant with Mr. Cox, the manager, and am satisfied that there was no release by the plant employees. We did ,however, notice that there were three large propane cargo containers located within 150' of Ms Bices' property. It is possible that one of these tanks may have activated their pressure relief valve as the morning sun heated them up. GCS. Alarm number 0002505 has been assigned to this incident.
