responded. We arrived on scene at 1129 hours and cleared at 1221 hours. The incident
occurred at 4712 S 134 Pl, Tukwila in District 001. The general description of this
property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002720 has been assigned to this incident.
This was a small leak from a diesel tank to a refrigeratod unit on a trailer. The leak was
small but right next to a creek that flows into a samon habitate. Notifed LT. Kohler so he
could notife the code inforcement people.

mvesngation with no hazmat. One unu was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1129 hours and cleared at 1221 hours. The incident
occurred at 4712 S 134 Pl, Tukwila in District 001. The general description of this
property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002720 has been assigned to this incident.
