combustible hgmd spill. One unit was assigaed to this mcident. Three l
personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1037 hours and cleared at 1107 hours. The incident
occurred at 7220 S 180 St, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0002848 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival found that there had been a two vehicle blocking accident with no injuries.
Tukwila PD on location requesting assist with leaking transmissiion fluid. Approx. a
three quart leak. Spread rice hull ash and broomed it in. Assisted with cleanup of glass
and misc plastic auto parts.

At 1031 hours on Wednesday August 23, 2000 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible hgmd spill. One unit was assigaed to this mcident. Three l
personnel
