combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1051 hours and cleared at 1104 hours. The incident
occurred at 18000 SPERRY Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak
control and containment. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003229 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival found that there had been a single auto accident with no injuries. The driver
had lost control of the vehicle and went up over the curb. The curbing caught the
transmission and broke it allowing trans fluid to leak onto the sidewallc and roadway.
Approximately a three quart spill. Applied rice hull ash and broomed it in.
E-51 in service -returning.

At 1047 hours on Sunday September 24, 2000 we were dispatched to an oil or other
combustible liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1051 hours and cleared at 1104 hours. The incident
occurred at 18000 SPERRY Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The
general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak
control and containment. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
