Neighbor reported subject had dumped metal cleaner into a storm drain. Found subject
sitting outside of his apartment, very agitated, cleaning jewelry in several liquid
containing pans. Subject claimed the liquid was ammonia and water, and there was a
slight ammonia smell in the air. The drain in question appeared dry, and the subject
denied dumping into the drain, knowing it went to a creek and could cause harm. With
the assistance of the apartment manager, checked the drain outfall into the creek and
found no evidence that any dumping had occurred. Tukwila PD on location, and incident
was referred to them as a landlord -tenant dispute was in progress.
