We arrived on scene at 1552 hours and cleared at 1611 hours. The incident occurred at 13504 Tukwila Internationa B1, Tukwila in District 10. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0003279 has been assigned to this incident. Neighbor reported subject had dumped metal cleaner into a storm drain. Found subject sitting outside of his apartment, very agitated, cleaning jewelry in several liquid containing pans. Subject claimed the liquid was ammonia and water, and there was a slight ammonia smell in the air. The drain in question appeared dry, and the subject denied dumping into the drain, knowing it went to a creek and could cause harm. With the assistance of the apartment manager, checked the drain outfall into the creek and found no evidence that any dumping had occurred. Tukwila PD on location, and incident was referred to them as a landlord -tenant dispute was in progress. End of Report Sunpro, Inc.
