flammable liquid spill. One umt was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1748 hours and cleared at 1752 hours. The incident occurred at
1160 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials spill control and confinement.
No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003388 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival Costco employees directed us to the spill location. The leaking vehicle was
now gone and a spill of approx. three cups was in a parking stall. Covered with rice hull
ash and swept it in. Employees state that a Toyota LandCruiser had been leaking the fuel.
When the leak was pointed out to the owner he stated that it always does this and he drove
away.
Left rice hull ash on the spill and returned.

At 1744 hours on Saturday October 7, 2000 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One umt was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1748 hours and cleared at 1752 hours. The incident occurred at
1160 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
