We arrived on scene at 1124 hours and cleared at 1155 hours. The incident occurred at
14400 I-5 Fy S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is ST52. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003598 has been assigned to this incident.
E53 had responded to this location approximately one hour before. When the tow truck
operator had lifted the truck for towing, the fuel tank began to leak. We assisted the tow
truck driver in plugging the leak.

flammable hquid spill. One um was asesgned to this mcident. Frye personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1124 hours and cleared at 1155 hours. The incident occurred at
14400 I-5 Fy S, Tukwila in District 001. The local station is ST52. The general
description of this property is highway or divided highway. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.
