umt was assigned to thrs incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1349 hours and cleared at 1436 hours. The incident occurred at 14415 Tukwila Intl Bl,
Tukwila in District 13. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property
is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was standby. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
Alarm number 0003685 has been assigned to this incident.
Propane tank approx 500 gals was filled in the a.m., witnesses report a release of gas from
the relief valve. Inspected tank, found some liquid on tank below relief valve. Checked
gauge, showed 80% full, which is considered full. Called for Suburban Propane to send a
rep to investigate. Upon arrival, rep determined gauge was improperly installed, and
actual tank level was 100%. He called for a propane delivery truck to remove excess
propane. L54 stood by until transfer was completed.

At 1344 hours on Wednesday November 1, 2000 we were dispatched to a gas leak. One •
umt was assigned to thrs incident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at
1349 hours and cleared at 1436 hours. The incident occurred at 14415 Tukwila Intl Bl,
Tukwila in District 13. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property
is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was standby. Automatic aid was received on this incident.
