Narrative Text At 1551 hours on Sunday November 19, 2000 we were dispatched to a carbon monoxide
detector activation. Two units were assigned to this incident. Six personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1557 hours and cleared at 1640 hours. The incident occurred at 3809 S
130th St, Tukwila in District 10. The local station is ST53. The general description of this
property is 1 or 2 family dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0003901 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon E53 arrival we evacuated the house and called for E52 to bring their CO detector.
We checked the entire home for CO and found the home to be clear. We determined the
CO detector to be faulty. E53 and E52 returned to quarters.
