One umt was assigned to this mcrdent Three personnel responded. we arnved on scene at
0920 hours and cleared at 0928 hours. The incident occurred at 18449 Cascade Av S,
Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is warehouse. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Dispatched to Odor Investigation. Meet with RP at site of empty warehouse. Investigation
found no problem however a slight odor of unknown origin was noticed. Advised
occupant to have HVAC Tech inspect heating system as the cold nights cause the heat to
come on and with no use for several months dust may of accumulated on the heating
elements causing the smell when heated. Returned in service.

At 0913 hours on Friday December 1, 2000 we were dispatched to an odor investigation.
One umt was assigned to this mcrdent Three personnel responded. we arnved on scene at
0920 hours and cleared at 0928 hours. The incident occurred at 18449 Cascade Av S,
Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is warehouse. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
