Three units were assigned to this incident. Nine personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1406 hours and cleared at 1424 hours. The incident occurred at 6801 S 180 St, Tukwila in District 005. The general description of this property is manufacturing, processing. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Upon arrival we were met by occupant informing us of a propane leak outside of the structure. After investigating found the propane was reportedly blown by wind into the structure's loading dock area. Occupants opened doors to the area to ventilate the area and there was no odor or evidence of any gas in the structure. We had one patient requesting BLS aid. patient was treated by E51 and transported by TriMed amb to Valley Medical Center with a chief complaint of "feeling faint".Returned in service.
