One umt was assigned to this mcrdent. Five personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1347 hours and cleared at 1420 hours. The incident occurred at 16901 Southcenter Py, Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0000064 has been assigned to this incident. Dispatched to a report of oil and antifreeze in the roadway from an accident. Upon arrival found two vehicles blocking the center of the roadway that had been involved in a low speed head on collision. Checked with the drivers and they were both fine and did not require any aid. There was an oil spill of approx. one cup and an antifreeze spill of approx. one quart. Spread rice hull ash on the roadway not to pickup product but to keep the roadway from being slick.
