responded. We amved on scene at 0042
hours and cleared at 0059 hours. The incident occurred at 7011 S 188 St, Kent in District
O/J. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is warehouse. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
Automatic aid was given on this incident.
Dispatched with Kent to broken natural gas line inside of a warehouse. Upon arrival found
building evacuated with roll up doors open. Gas had been shut off at the meter by
occupants of building. Investigation found 1/2" supply line to over head space heater had
been broken by fork lift. Advised occupants to continue to air out building and await the
arrival of Puget Sound Energy before reoccuping. Left scene in control of E71.

At 0033 hours on Tuesday January 9, 2001 we were dispatched to a gas leak. One unit
was assigned to this incident 71,..... ........—....-1
responded. We amved on scene at 0042
hours and cleared at 0059 hours. The incident occurred at 7011 S 188 St, Kent in District
O/J. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is warehouse. The
primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation.
