The general description of this property is storage. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0000120 has been assigned to this incident. E53 AND A54 WERE DISPATCHED TO A REPORTED HAZERDIOUS MATIERALS LEAK AT 9229 EAST MARGINAL WY S. ON ARRIVAL E53 FOUND A LARGE AMOUNT DIESEL FUEL ON THE ROAD WAY AND IN THE PARKING LOT. APPDX. (100 GALLONS) THE SPILL WAS CAUSED BY A SEMI TRACKTOR THAT HIT A BLOCK OF CONCRETE IN THE PARKING LOT. THE TRACTOR THAN LEFT THE SCENE. E53 TRIED TO FOLLOW BUT COULD NOT FIND THE TRUCK. E53 RETURNED TO THE SCENE TO PLACE RICEALL ASH ON THE SPILL. THE SPILL WAS FOUND TO COVER A LARGER AREA THAN FIRST OBSERVED.
