given or received. Upon arrival used rice hull ash to absorb oil and sweep up residue.

At 1326 hours on Monday January 15, 2001 we were dispatched to an oil spill caused by
an auto colhston. One umt was assigned to flus incident. Three personnel responded. We
arrived on scene at 1333 hours and cleared at 1340 hours. The incident occurred at 17200
Southcenter Py, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was removal of hazardous materials. No mutual/automatic aid was
given or received. Upon arrival used rice hull ash to absorb oil and sweep up residue.
