combustible hquid spill on the road. One um was assigned to this mcident. Three
personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1347 hours and cleared at 1348 hours. The
incident occurred at On Gateway Dr at Interurban Av S, Tukwila in District 001. The
local station is ST53. The general description of this property is street or road in
commercial area. The primacy task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
investigation & were unable to locate problem. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
