District 11. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property is high
school/junior high school/middle school. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0000669 has been assigned to this incident.
Following major earthquake, reported gas leak in the building. I510 arrived first, found
gas odor in building, meters running at a high rate for unknown reason, shut down and
locked out meters. Advised building personnel to have equipment checked for damage
before returning to service.

At 1154 hours on Wednesday February 28, 2001 we were dispatched to a gas leak. Three
amts were assigned to this incident. Eleven personnel responded. We amved on scene at
1158 hours and cleared at 1210 hours. The incident occurred at 4242 S 144 St, Tukwila in
District 11. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property is high
school/junior high school/middle school. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was hazard removal. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Alarm number 0000669 has been assigned to this incident.
