On arrival, E51 found a liquid spilled on the SOUTH shoulder (approximately 50' EAST
of the SR -518 off -ramp to Klickitat Drive), roughly two feet in diameter.
E51 applied RICE HULL ASH to absorb the spill, broomed ash to cover/absorb spill
completer tpn ft scepc(no further action required).

On arrival, E51 found a liquid spilled on the SOUTH shoulder (approximately 50' EAST
of the SR -518 off -ramp to Klickitat Drive), roughly two feet in diameter.
E51 applied RICE HULL ASH to absorb the spill, broomed ash to cover/absorb spill
