arrived on scene at 1632 hours and cleared at 1745 hours. The incident occurred at 13500
Pacific Hy S, Tukwila in District 14. The local station is ST54. The general description of
this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the
scene by responding personnel were material detection, monitoring, sampling, and
analysis. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001084 has been assigned to this incident.
Report of container of unknown liquid by the side ofthe road. Found a one -gallon glass
jub half filled with a yellowish watery liquid, no sediment or layering, no chemical
corrosion evident, no odor noted. Ph tested the liquid, found to have a Ph of 10, chemical
classifier strip shows no other hazard. Called chemiat Gordon who upon hearing the
details felt it was probably a low or no hazard event. Per TFD duty chief on location,
overpacked the container and dropped it at Sta 51 for later disposal by DOE or other
agency. Called DOE at the scene, but call was not returned.

At 1624 hours on Tuesday April 3, 2001 we were dispatched to a chemical hazard (no
ill leak
sp or ). Three amts were assigned to this incident Six personnel responded We
arrived on scene at 1632 hours and cleared at 1745 hours. The incident occurred at 13500
Pacific Hy S, Tukwila in District 14. The local station is ST54. The general description of
