Oae was a blue colored tank of approximately 40 gallon capacity. The other was a white propane/refrigerant container of approximately 3-5 gallon capacity. The blue container was labelled anhydrous ammonia. The other container had no labelling. Both valves appeared to have been tampered with. The white container had leaked a bluish substance down the side of the tank while it was upright. E53 requested E52 to assist with the two haz mat techs on board. Upon arrival, the techs requested to do a recon with SCBAs and PPE. A54 was requested for standby firefighters. Also, one of A54's personnel was also a haz mat tech. DOE and the duty chief were notified. E53 established TMS command and moved the incident to F2. E52 personnel did recon and mentioned that the tanks appeared to be not leaking Upon arrival, Chief 52 requested that DOE respond to the site and remove the tanks.
