Valley comm advised that we had three persons who were affected by this, I added
A.54
On location e found one pt. outside, When we went into the officer the two others were
working. They expressed that the smell had been coming a personnel file that a women
had brought into them. We could find nothing wrong with the file, no odor or smell in the
office. All three persons were examined and given oxygen.
We even contacted the person who brought the file in . She stated that she had no
problems health wise and had not smelled anything wrong.
All three patients were treated and released.

Responded to a reported chemical smell in the office.
Valley comm advised that we had three persons who were affected by this, I added
A.54
On location e found one pt. outside, When we went into the officer the two others were
