1534 hours and cleared at 1541 hours. The incident occurred at 17197 Southcenter Py,
Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was decontamination of road. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
Small (less thanl gallon) of anti -freeze spilled from auto accident. We sprinkled with rice
hull ash.(Approx 1/2 gallon).

At 1528 hours on Saturday May 5, 2001 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak. One
umt was assigned to flus mcident. Three personnel responded. We amved on scene at
1534 hours and cleared at 1541 hours. The incident occurred at 17197 Southcenter Py,
Tukwila in District 006. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was decontamination of road. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
