unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We amved on scene at
1312 hours and cleared at 1314 hours. The incident occurred at 101 Andover Pk E,
Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
personnel was investigation. Other special haz mat actions were also taken. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Alarm number 0001535 has been assigned to this incident.
Upon arrival found that the leaking vehicle was gone from the location. There was a one
square foot area on the asphalt that showed signs of gasoline having leaked onto it. Since
this was a sunny day with a good breeze the product had already evaporated. No clean up
or assistance required.

At 1307 hours on Friday May 11, 2001 we were dispatched to a chemical spill/leak. One
unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We amved on scene at
1312 hours and cleared at 1314 hours. The incident occurred at 101 Andover Pk E,
Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property
is vehicle parking area. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding
