address. Three personnel responded. We were on scene at 2039 hours and cleared t 2109
a
hours. The incident occurred at 13045 40 Av S, Tukwila in District 010. The local station
is ST54. The general description of this property is a single family dwelling. The primary
task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. We found an
overheated gas heater that had charred the outside sidling of the house. We called for
Inspector 510 to come help with the investigation. It was determined that the stove vent
system overheated due to the flames not being adjusted correctly. We had the occupant
shut off the heater until it was able to be serviced. No mutual/automatic aid was given or
received.
The heater was a Osburn Model G2D. It had a "WH#" of 102116. It was fabled as a "Gas
Fired Direct Vent Heater".
Alarm number 0001599 has been assigned to this incident.

At 2039 hours on Monday May 14, 2001 we noticed a hazardous condition at the given
address. Three personnel responded. We were on scene at 2039 hours and cleared t 2109
