Three personnel responded. We arrived on scene at 1224 hours and cleared at 1229 hours. The incident occurred at 14415 Tukwila Intl Bl, Tukwila in District 11. The local station is ST54. The general description of this property is service station, gas station. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received. Alarm number 0001889 has been assigned to this incident. On arrival, noted an employee bad covered gas spill with absorbant and was sweeping it up. Appeared to have been 2-3 gallons. The RP then approached and explained the fuel spill had happened to him, and the nozzle had not shut off when the tank was full. He states it has happened several times to him on two different nozzles (pump #1 and pump #3, both "plus" grade nozzles), that he had complained to the management, and they had refused to do anything about it. He had also tried to call the "emergency" number on the pumps to report malfunctions, and says he only received voicemails and the problems were not fixed. Tuned problem over to Insp.
