Tukwila Fire Department Page: 3 Incident Report 2001-0002234-000 Printed: 07/06/2001 23 :27:34 Narratives experienced any ill affects. Our first action was to evacuate the building. We then did a complete walk around the structure to see any obvious problem. I called for PSE to respond with their monitoring equipment. Their monitors showed no readings for Carbon Monoxide or Natural Gas. We checked the neighboring businesses to see any of them had had an unusual release. Our investigation found no problems in neighboring businesses either. We sent both employees to the hospital to be checked. With no problems found, I turned the business over to the manager of the property. I informed him about industrial hygenists, that could do further tests if needed. I ruled out any chemical or release inside the structure. The fork lift was electric, as was the hot water heater. There was no cleaning or new products in the business. We checked garbage cans and mail that had been delivered that day. Nothing was found that could have caused the problem. I conclude that some product must have passed over the area of the air handling system on the roof, sending fumes into the office area. The building was turned over to Mr. Mitch Pogue, the District Center Manager. His phone number is 425 251-9124. Alarm number 0002234 has been assigned to this incident. Sunpro, Inc.
