At 1358 hours on Wednesday July 18, 2001 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1358 hours and cleared at 1358 hours. The incident
occurred at 15138 65 Av S, Tukwila in District 003. The general description of this
property is multifamily dwelling. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Upon arrival found RP who informed us that someone who lived on the floor above him
poured some type of liquid which killed his flowers into his flower bed four days ago. In
formed him to contact the health dept and they could possobly test a sample to tell him
what the liquid was. There was no odor due possibly to heavy rain in the past few days.
Returned in service.
Alarm number 0002389 has been assigned to this incident.
