Please note this is for the same addresses—although slightly different parcel numbers—as the request
distributed yesterday (also from Partner Engineering). This request is from a different requester at Partner
Engineering and for slightly different records. Because of the similarities, it would be very helpful if
everyone would carefully identify which request you are responding about (PartnerEng5-18-17 or
PartnerEng5-19-17-Rutherford) and make separate folders for each in your directory if you have
responsive documents. Thank you!
PLEASE READ THE REQUEST IN ITS ENTIRETY.
To meet the legal timeline, I will need to hear back from staff by Noon
availability of records.
Responsive records should be placed in the appropriate departmental
Documents.
