We arrived on scene at 1048 hours and cleared at 1110 hours. The incident occurred at
1160 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is general retail. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
A passenger vehicle that had sustained damage to the its fuel system was leaking gasoline
in the parking lot at Costco. The leak was contained with rice hull ash. The fuel tank was
to be pumped out prior to being towed to a repair facility.

At 1041 hours on Sunday September 9, 2001 we were dispatched to a gasoline or other
flammable liquid spill. One unit was assigned to this mcident. Three personnel responded.
We arrived on scene at 1048 hours and cleared at 1110 hours. The incident occurred at
1160 Saxon Dr, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is general retail. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel were hazardous materials leak control and containment. No
mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
