responded. 1 Fire Explorer, Kevin Correa was on ride along for this incident.We arrived
on scene at 0244 hours and cleared at 0309 hours. The incident occurred at 770 Andover
Pk E, Tukwila in District 005. The local station is ST51. The general description of this
property is outside or special property. The primarytask(s) performed at the scene by
responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
Units investigated from Industry Dr to SC Parkway but were unable to locate a source for
the occassional whiffs of odor we encountered.
Alarm number 0003228 has been assigned to this incident.

At 0239 hours on Thursday September 27, 2001 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
mveshgation with no hazmat. Three amts were assigned to this mcident. Eight personnel
responded. 1 Fire Explorer, Kevin Correa was on ride along for this incident.We arrived
on scene at 0244 hours and cleared at 0309 hours. The incident occurred at 770 Andover
