to establish a safe area. We were asked by E76 to advise businesses to shelter in place, and
to see if any product had entered any businesses. Mutual aid was given on this incident.

At 1325 hours on Thursday October 4, 2001 we were dispatched to a natural gas leak
outside. One um t was assigned to flus mcident. Three personnel responded. We arrived on
scene at 1335 hours and cleared at 1455 hours. The incident occurred at 7064 S 220 St,
Kent in District O/J. The local station is ST51. The general description of this property is
construction site. The primary task(s) performed at the scene by responding personnel was
to establish a safe area. We were asked by E76 to advise businesses to shelter in place, and
to see if any product had entered any businesses. Mutual aid was given on this incident.
