Southcenter Py, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. We applied a small
ammount of soil to approx 1 gallon of antifreeze in the roadway. The spill was caused by
MVA, no injuries.No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.

At 1727 hours on Saturday October 6, 2001 we were dispatched to a hazardous condition.
On
e unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel responded. We amved on scene a
1734 hours and cleared at 1743 hours. The incident occurred In front of 16700
Southcenter Py, Tukwila in District 004. The local station is ST51. The general
description of this property is street or road in commercial area. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was hazard removal. We applied a small
ammount of soil to approx 1 gallon of antifreeze in the roadway. The spill was caused by
MVA, no injuries.No mutual/automatic aid was given or received.
