negative. Upon closer look at the envelope it was just the glue to seal the letter. we turned
the envelope over to the police and returned in service.

E52 dispatched to assist police with a civilian that had a American express letter that was •
delivered to her house incorrectly. She stated that there was a white powder on the inner
envelope . We used the radiation monitor & the APD 2000 which the results came back
negative. Upon closer look at the envelope it was just the glue to seal the letter. we turned
the envelope over to the police and returned in service.
