FireRMS 5.0 Version: 3.26.43 possible exposure took place in a vehicle.The possible product was contained in a closed vehicle upon TFD arrival.The driver of the car opened a letter with her finger and said she saw a small "pool' of white powder come out,she pulled off the road into a mini mart i Tukwila Fire Department Page: -2 Incident Report 2001-0003643-000 Printed: 11/18/2001 22:14:56 Narratives parking lot and called 911.The letter was a phone bill the driver had mailed accidently to herself a week ago.She received it yesterday,put it in her purse and took it out while driving today.The letter was a legitimate phone bill with no visible product.I called for E52 with HM52.Portable 518 was also called.A team from E52 in bunker gear and SCBA opened the vehicle and placed the letter in a hazmat over pack and gave to TPD for holding.E52 HM52 E54 Portable 518 and TUKSO all returned in service. The driver wanted to be tested and have the letter analyzed in the field.It was explained to her by Portable 518 that this was not possible and that the indicators did not add up to a credible threat.She washed her hands and face and left in the vehicle.
