investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
responded. We arrived on scene at 1457 hours and cleared at 1506 hours.
RP wished to remain annonymous and advised there was a white van, license plate 675
EDW possibly dumping fluid.
On arrival I met with the owner of this vehicle, Tumua Tuinei, who advised me that he had
spilled a small amount of radiator contents on the ground while repairing his radiator. I
observed a small amount of clear liquid on the ground underneath the vehicle. Approx 1
quart of slightly tinted water. Spill was on open parking lot and was not creating a run off
threat.
I advised the owner that dumping of antifreeze was not allowed, and any further
complaint would result in us contacting EPA or other appropriate agency. He advised that
he understood, his repairs were complete, and there would be no additional fluid spilled.
We returned in service, and PD was cancelled.

At 1446 hours on Saturday November 24, 2001 we were dispatched to a hazmat release
investigation with no hazmat. One unit was assigned to this incident. Three personnel
