On arrival found unoccupied van leaking approx 1-2 quarts of transmission fluid on the
ground. Vehicle was for sale, and RP did know the owners. Phone numbers on the for sale
sign were called and messages left. PD was contacted since vehicle had an active leak.
Officer Lancaster advised he would make additional attempts to contact an owner. Rice
Hull Ash was applied to the spill and also to prevent additional run off. No storm drains
were near and the spill was isolated to the street.
One unit was assigned to this incident. We arrived on scene at 1318 hours and cleared at
1341 hours. The incident occurred at 14216 58 Av S, Tukwila in District 003. The local
station is ST52. The general description of this property is street. The primary task(s)
performed at the scene by responding personnel was investigation. No mutual/automatic
aid was given or received.

At 1315 hours on Friday November 30, 2001 we were dispatched to a van leaking
ansmission oil on the street m front of the incident address.
On arrival found unoccupied van leaking approx 1-2 quarts of transmission fluid on the
ground. Vehicle was for sale, and RP did know the owners. Phone numbers on the for sale
sign were called and messages left. PD was contacted since vehicle had an active leak.
